WishTrack allows you to create gift registries for weddings, birthdays, baby showers, and other celebrations. You may:

• Customize your registry with descriptions and images
• Share your registry via link, WhatsApp, email, or QR code
• Track which items have been reserved

4.2 Guest Interactions

Guests visiting your registry can:

• View your registry and gift items
• Reserve items to prevent duplicate gifts
• Leave messages for you
• Purchase items directly from retailers

4.3 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
• Upload harmful code, viruses, or malicious software
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Services without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
• Create fake or fraudulent registries
• Spam, harass, or abuse other users
• Violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
• Use automated tools or bots without our express permission

5. Content Ownership and Rights

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create and upload to WishTrack, including registry descriptions, images, and messages. By using our Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving our Services.

5.2 Our Content

All WishTrack branding, logos, designs, code, and platform features are owned by WishTrack and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

5.3 Third-Party Content

Product information, images, and prices from retail websites are owned by the respective retailers. We do not guarantee the accuracy or availability of third-party content.

6. Purchases and Affiliate Relationships

6.1 No Direct Sales

WishTrack does not sell products directly. All purchases are made through third-party retailers. We are not responsible for:

• Product quality, availability, or pricing
• Shipping, delivery, or fulfillment
• Returns, refunds, or exchanges
• Customer service related to purchases

6.2 Affiliate Commissions

We may earn affiliate commissions when guests purchase items through links in your registry. This does not affect the price you or your guests pay. Affiliate relationships help us provide WishTrack as a free service.
